    These online shopping terms and conditions (“Online Shopping Terms and Conditions”) apply to all orders which you, the customer (“you” or “your”), place using this website “www.oldsaigoncoffee.com” (“Website”), operated by us, Old Saigon Coffee (“we” “us” or “our”).

    Prices
    All prices on the Old Saigon Coffee website are in Australian Dollars (AUD$). Coffee is a GST free product but GST is charged where applicable. Products are invoiced and charged in AUD$ at the price prevailing at the time you place your order. Shipping charges are extra and will be displayed at the Check-Out prior to payment, according to your delivery address. There are GST charges on shipping.

    Prices displayed on our website apply to online purchases only and do not necessarily reflect the price of identical items sold by any other means. We reserve the right to update prices displayed on the website at any time.

Permission is granted to electronically copy and print hard copy portions of this site for the sole purpose of placing an order with Old Saigon Coffee. You may display and, subject to any expressly stated restrictions or limitations relating to specific material, download or print portions of the material from the different areas of the site solely for your own non-commercial use, or to place an order with Old Saigon Coffee. Any other use, including but not limited to the reproduction, distribution, display or transmission of the content of this site is strictly prohibited, unless authorised by Old Saigon Coffee. You further agree not to change or delete any proprietary notices from materials downloaded from the site.

    Limitation of Liability
    Old Saigon Coffee shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if Old Saigon Coffee has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

    Gift Vouchers

    Old Saigon Coffee Gift vouchers are a unique digital code generated at purchase of gift voucher for the nominated amount. The code allows the customer to redeem the amount off any product on the website.

    Gift vouchers will be automatically delivered to the nominated email address once the payment process has been completed. Please make sure that you check and double check your email before your complete the purchase.

    Gift Vouchers can be used in full or part payment for any products on the Old Saigon Coffee website.

    Gift Vouchers have a 12 month expiry date from the date of issue. After that time the remaining amount on the will be deducted from the voucher and will expire.

    Your Gift Voucher may be redeemed for products only and may not be exchanged for cash. You cannot return items or refund the amount of the gift voucher to Old Saigon Coffee.

    Please treat Gift Cards like cash. Old Saigon Coffee cannot be held liable for any theft, loss or damage to the voucher and cannot replace or reimburse any amount lost in any case.

    Because your name does not appear on the voucher. The Gift Card can be used by you or given to anyone you choose.
